Details:

It did not have any leaks from the previous owner. I bought this to make a crazy powerful dump trailer, I don't have the time. Came off a truck in an accident no damage to the cylinder sitting for a couple years with the ports capped so probably seals are still good but worst case I think the seal kit was around roughly 50 eye to eye and diameter I can assist with shipping, it can be strapped to a pallet and loaded.
