The first set of numbers appears to be 61bxb which would seem from catalog that x should a 2 for standard. Since I am not the expert. It is being sold at a greatly reduced price because I cannot verify model and since test.
It is very hard to read the tag, so attached some sheets from help you identify this cylinder in case have made a mistake. I have no way to test this device so it is being sold as-is. I see a lot that have an n then there should either be or 9, but guess you can tell better than by reviewing the pics.
