This item is guaranteed to arrive as described and pictured in the listing. I also was able to seal the pressure and pump up the Jack to any height .

After testing I am confident that this item is in full working condition and guarantee it to arrive as such.

There is a fair amount of wear and tear on the unit, but there is no major damage. I was able to release pressure and lower the Jack.
